Meier-NT GmbH also produces a number of customer-specific products at the company's own production site. The quantities range from individual pieces to a few thousand pieces per year. It does not matter if the products were developed by us or if only the production is taken over by us. Our production site allows both large and volume orders.
Control cabinet construction / assembly
Meier-NT specializes in custom complete measuring systems for customers
to develop, produce, install and maintain.
During development and production, special attention is paid to a clear arrangement and standardized labeling of all control cabinet components. In addition to the clean construction, this leads to maintenance-friendly systems with a long service life.
We also offer ready-to-connect systems for recording meteorological parameters

Custom product development
Meier-NT GmbH specializes in the customer-specific development of all electronic products. For our customers, we develop complete products according to specification or make adjustments to existing products. The quantities go from individual pieces to over 3000 pieces per year manufactured devices. Larger quantities are of course no problem. All products are manufactured and tested in our house. Special tasks are carried out by our competent partners.
Just come to us with a product idea, we advise, plan an appropriate circuit, create the production documents and layouts for boards, build prototypes and manufacture the product. We are happy to bring the developed product to production maturity and produce it for you in the desired quantities.
Since the cost of a development varies depending on the scope of functions, area of application, quantity and country of sale, the costs can only be set in an individual offer. Ask us - we will find the right solution for your application together.

Our data loggers can be used independently with many web portal providers and display manufacturers.
This gives you the freedom to choose the provider that offers the best deal for you.
A web portal supports you in the administration and monitoring of your photovoltaic systems. Thanks to the integrated visualization, individual reports of plants can be generated quickly. You can compare investments using historical values and also several investments. Thus, errors in the system can be detected quickly. In part, comparison with weather and satellite data is also possible to obtain a more accurate evaluation and false alarms e.g. to avoid snow cover.

A second life for the Schüco Sunalyzer Web (PR)
Especially for the Schüco Sunalyzer Web and Sunalzer Web PR, we offer a firmware update that allows it to be reused with another portal provider. For this purpose, you can purchase an unlock code via our webshop, which allows you to enter the FTP server freely. In keeping with this, we have created a solution with Smartblue to process the data of the Sunalyzer in their portal.
We also offer maintenance or repair of defective equipment. Please send us the device - in case of a defect, please provide a description of the fault. You will receive an invoice for the review and the estimate. Upon completion of the review, you will receive a bug report and, if repair is possible, an offer for repair costs. The cost of the review will be credited to you when repairing or buying a new Meier-NT data logger.
Monitoring
We offer manufacturer-independent and professional monitoring of photovoltaic systems.
A solar system should be worthwhile both for large solar parks as well as for the private solar system on the roof of the family house. Only if all system components work trouble-free, the system owner has the maximum benefit. To achieve this you need a solar data logger that complies with the current legal requirements. Our data loggers support the current EEG specifications as well as the 70% control with self-consumption.
